1. How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the “Track My Order” link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website and visiting the “My Orders” section. Once your item is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details.
2. I haven’t received my tracking number yet – what should I do?
Tracking numbers are sent once your order has been processed and dispatched. If it’s been over 48 hours since you placed your order and you haven’t received a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder. Still missing? Contact our support team at support@toolgadgetdepot.co.uk.
3. My tracking link says “Pending” or “Not Found.” What does that mean?
It can take up to 24 hours for the courier’s system to update with your tracking information. If the status doesn’t change after a full day, please contact us so we can check directly with the courier.
4. How long does delivery take once my order is shipped?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the dispatch date. If you selected express delivery, your item should arrive within 1–2 working days.
5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
We may be able to update your delivery address if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately at support@toolgadgetdepot.co.uk with your order number and the correct address.
6. What if I missed the delivery attempt?
The courier will usually leave a card or send a notification. You can rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot, depending on the courier. Check your tracking link for options.
7. My order is marked as “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it – what now?
First, double-check around your property and with neighbours or building staff. If you still can’t locate it, contact us with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the courier.
8. What does each order status mean?
Here’s a quick guide:
Order Received: We’ve received your order.
Processing: We’re preparing your items.
Dispatched: Your order is with the courier.
In Transit: It’s on the way.
Delivered: It has arrived at your address.
Completed: The order process is finished.
