The Nest Video Doorbell allows you to monitor activity at your door from anywhere, receiving instant notifications about important events such as visitors or package deliveries.

Power options: It operates on a rechargeable built-in battery, or you can connect it to your existing doorbell wiring (8–24 VAC, 10 VA, 50/60Hz transformer).

Chime compatibility: It works with wired mechanical or digital chimes, or you can pair it with a compatible Google Nest speaker/display or new compatible chimes (sold separately).

To use the Nest Video Doorbell, you’ll need a Wi-Fi network and a stable broadband internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps (DSL connections may not be compatible). It also requires a mobile device, the free Google Home app, and a Google Account.

Voice control with Hey Google is supported but requires additional hardware like a Google Nest device (sold separately). The doorbell is also compatible with Google Assistant.
