Evo-Stik Black Building Silicone Sealant 280ml – Trade Grade.Seal flexible joints and gaps effectively with this premium-grade building silicone, ideal for areas subject to movement. Whether you’re working on expansion joints in concrete or sealing around cladding, doors, or windows, this silicone offers reliable performance even under tough weather conditions like UV exposure and heavy rain.

Designed to be compatible with a wide range of building materials—such as aluminium, PVCu, and hardwood—it won’t corrode metals. Its strong adhesion also makes it suitable for various surfaces including painted wood, glazed tiles, ceramic, enamel, glass, and many plastics. This silicone starts forming a surface skin approximately nine minutes after application at +23°C and 55% relative humidity, so apply and shape promptly.
